Returns & Exchanges

Start your return or exchange request from your Shopify customer account. Every request is reviewed by MIRANIQUE before return shipping or refund approval.

Start a return request

How it works

  1. Log in with the email used for your order.
  2. Open the order and choose Request return.
  3. Select the item and reason, then submit the request.
  4. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, send clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to support@miranique.com with your order number.
  5. We review the request in Shopify. Please do not ship anything back until your request is approved.

Approval and refunds

Approved returns will receive instructions by email. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees, used items, and items returned without approval may not be refundable.

Custom orders

Custom Order pieces are made specifically for you. Once production has started, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned for a normal change of mind. If your custom piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can review it.
